Refund, Exchange, and Cancellation Policy

At Shree's Boutique, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Please read our policies carefully to understand our terms regarding refunds, exchanges, and cancellations.


1. Refund Policy

1.1. No Refund Available:

  • We do not offer refunds for any purchases made at Shree's Boutique.

2. Exchange Policy

2.1. Eligibility for Exchange:

  • Exchanges are accepted within 3 working days from the date of delivery.
  • The item must be unused, in its original condition with tags intact, and returned in the original packaging.
  • Items that are worn, washed, altered, or damaged will not qualify for exchange.

2.2. Non-Exchangeable Items:

  • Products with alterations, including stitched saree edges, fall, blouse cuts, or tassels, cannot be exchanged.
  • Ready-made garments, custom-stitched items, and sale/clearance items are not eligible for exchange.

2.3. Exchange Process:

  • Contact us at shreeboutique2019@gmail.com or +1 309-750-9374 within 2 days of receiving your order. Provide your order details and reason for the exchange.
  • Exchanges will be approved after a review of your request.

2.4. Shipping for Exchanges:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Once the product is received and reviewed, the exchange item will be dispatched.

3. Cancellation Policy

3.1. Order Cancellation:

  • Orders can be canceled only before they are dispatched.
  • Once the order is shipped, cancellations will not be accepted.

4. Damaged or Defective Products

4.1. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please email us at shreeboutique2019@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery with photos and an opening video of the product.
4.2. After verification, a replacement will be provided if applicable.


5. Important Notes

5.1. International Orders:

  • Exchanges or cancellations are not available for international orders (shipped outside the United States).

5.2. Disclaimer:

  • Shree's Boutique is not responsible for damage caused to products due to improper handling, washing, or wear and tear after purchase.
  • All products purchased during sales or discounts are final and non-exchangeable.
